My mom's father have given that property to my mother when he was alive but wasn't transferred.Now property is on my mother's brother name.Land total-13 biswa.EX-gram pradhan have established a stone road on my 1.5 biswa land some years before as a conspiracy.Now my mom's brother legally gifted the 6 biswa of that property to my mom which contains that 1.5 biswa land. But exgrampradhan raised an objection because of which dakhil kharij is not done.Its been 1 year. Hearing is just dealyed.
ok for this you have to approach the tehsildar it will have to be court monitored for 6 months 1.5 biswa land road on it the gram pradhaan raised objection hearing is that's why dakhil kharij has not been done
