TRANSFER ISSUES IN HOUSING SOCIETY

I recently bought the flat for the sale with the help of homeloan .all documents are submitted and verified to the bank.and emi also started. but now society committee did not accept as society member.They are saying you submitted fake NOC to the bank in return they are asking for bribe else they will file case against us.tell me is it my fault? should I am guilty? At the time of buying flat their is no society committee and now they are haressing us.what should we do now
If u are genune nd they are harrasing nd asking for bribe as u hv mentioned.kindly goto near by police station to file complaint against them.i would request to write to them for admitting u as member of society let them give der reply in writing .m presuming u hv signd nd submitted transfor forms nd paid transfer fees .if not ..den complete al d procedure nd request them to issue certificate in your name .

If bank gave u loan ,it means ur all documents which was submitted by u is Legal..so,u hv done all u legal ..
If u submitted all legal documents then u don't worry about anything ..
U can file suit against the society. Society can't avoid to enter ur name in their society ..
