Transaction Document for developers

There is a redevelopment project of SRA wherein a developer has entered into development agreement with the proposed society. The said Developer now needs assistance of other developer for the construction of the said Plot. Kindly advise what document should both the developers enter into for the said transaction.
The developer and the other developer who will act as a sub-contractor in the given situation must enter into an agreement stating all the conditions related to the construction/maintenance /costs etc. Also, the documents required will be same as that of the documents required by the developer with the owner or the government regarding the contract for construction.
