Top floor with roof right , law for roof rights

Hi I purchase top floor with roof right in mohan garden , we never denied any to go roof any time, but for cleaning we are doing all the things, can we locked roof but whenever any one want to go roof for any purpose we won't denied. Can we? I'm hindu.

If you have roof rights, then yes. why not? Your right to assemble lock on the roof top is undisputable. therefore, you can do so. If expressly given to you in the conveyance deed. You can deny also for the access to the roof of the purpose to visit is not essential
