Took land by fraud how can i get my land back

Sir, meri building year 2000 me build ki gai hai...mere side me mere chachera bhai hai.us ne meri aur mere sage bhaiyonki land ko fraud sign karke NA karali hai...aur pura FSI use kar liya hai ..aur abhi wo insolvent ho gaya hai.uski 2 years pehele death ho gayi hai..unke ghar me sirf female s and children haii..usne uski jagah par badi building kara li hai..uske liye usne bank se loan liya that...aur bank ne us building ka auction sale karane wali hai.mujhe meri land aur building ko bachane ke liye kya karana haga....please..
