To get back the father's property he sold without our consent

After two or three days ago my father had been sold a property to my uncle without informing us.I am a engineering student,aged 23 yrs old.How can i get back my property?Date-21-03-2016
If it was a self acquired property of your father then he has complete right over the property and he can dispose off the property in the manner he wish to. But if the property was an ancestral property then the property will be distributed according to Hindu Succession Act and you can challenge the sale of that property.
