There is Illegal Possession of Commercial Property

We, have 2 office units, both illegally occupied by different parties. Let's call them Party A & Party B. Party A filed a suit on us to claim ownership. He mentioned both units in the suit. Court Receiver attached both the premises. Party B sold his under attached unit illegally to New Buyer. Now New Buyer is has filed NoM, for clearing his purchase. This case is in Mumbai. I want a lawyer to fight this.
