The seller is refusing to sign the mutation documents.
15-May-2025 (In Property Law)
I purchased a plot in a private builder's township in Ghaziabad, and the property registry has been completed. To update the ownership details in the builder’s records, the seller’s signature is required on the mutation documents provided by the builder. However, the seller is now refusing to sign any documents related to the builder. Since the builder is insisting on the seller’s signature for the mutation process, I would like to know what legal options are available in this situation.
