The rights of iimla Malak if land owner wish to devlop the land.

We have the land in borivali. In Property card my fathers status is as iimla malak. so i wish to know the rights of iimla malak, if the land owner wish to go for devlopment of land? Can we put legal heirs name in the property card as my father passed away 3 years back?

The rights of imla malik are mostly mentioned in other rights colomn of 7/12 records.
The circumstances or documents under which your father possessed that land needs to be checked.
The owner can develop the property subject to your legal rights (if legal) and cannot evict you without following due process of law.
If the development is not underway and the issue is not subjudice, you can certainly approach the talathi/city survey office to take your name on record as legal heir of your deceased father.
