Sir/mam, My father purchased a land in my name when i was a minor(at the age of 7). The name in the deed is A.Mari Muthu Selvan.Now i am 20.But the name in my school T.C, aadhar,PAN is A.Muthu Selvan.I don't know whether it legaly gets affected.If so what is the procedure to do it legally.so that no problem will come in later days.However my name going to be only A.Muthu Selvan.Please help me in this issue.

good morning. With what document is their name written. If you can talk to the registrar directly at the present time and show the relevant document, then of course you can correct. Contact me for more details.
