Tenant issue , illegal construction made on owner rental property

Tenant has made an illegal construcción on our property without our permission . This is clearly a breach of our contract . How do we handle this. Please advise us how to approach this
If the illegal construction as alleged by you and undertaken by your tenant has resulted into some major changes in your premises then it is absolutely breach of the contract. However, if the construction is of temporary nature and does not alter the structure of your premises then you can request the tenant to remove the said structure.
