Surname spelling different in property documents and id proofs

I done a mistake in my 10 certificate spelling mistake my surname is ba**di but i given as ba**thi after that i applied my 12 and btech as per that and i changed my aadharr and applied pan card and passport nI changed my father aadhar card and pan card as per that without gazette notification n nBut problem is we are having properties and agricultural land which are having name with that old spelling nnIs it create any problem while during sale or in future my father is not their while transfering into my name nnPlease can any one help me with this issue .
