Surname of my mother is different in my documents and mother document

Hi,
My mother name in her documents like Aadhar is Rajkumari Gupta.
But in all my documents it's Rajkumari Aggarwal. This mistake happened because in my school they have written same sur name for my mother as of father.
Will it cause any problem in future?
