Summon is not filed till now how would i get to know that the ddefenda

My case was listed on 9 dec 2021 and the date came for 21 march 2022 but till now the defendants have not received the summons of the case My 2nd question is the defendants have to appear within 30 days after receiving the summon to reply so the day they have to appear is same as 21 march the date came out on listing or 21 march date we plaintiff and defendant both have to get presented

The summons will be issued on the first week of March only…thanks to our slow system. And on the next date of hearing that is 21 March you both have to appear and then the defendants will give you the written statement. For more information I am just a call away.

What is your case related to and where is it filed? I am an advocate for Delhi Police and share the details whether is it a civil or criminal case. I’ll suggest you what is to be done. Since the next date of hearing has time so the case can be prepared.

I m confident that you must have hired your advocate for the same. Anyways on 9th December the concerned judge might have asked your advocate to file PFRC and then accordingly the summons would have got prepared and process server & your advocate might have sent the summons to the respondent and on the service of summons to the respondent(s), respondents have to file WS within 30 days accordingly.
