Suit filed by son against father brother

Dear sir , Son has filed Suit in subordinate court at Hosur in 2012 , saying his father brother has saled ancestral property and purchased new property, now son is asking share in purchase property ...this case is been alive in subordinate court from past 13 years still there is no Decision and order ....so kindly suggest in this case ....
