Suggest course of action against builder's cheating

I had invested a new launch Project in 2013 Monarch greenscape, Panvel Navi Mumbai and paid whole amount to builder in cheque with registered paper. Before some time i got news that builder has cheated to many people. No construction was there. There are many cases of 420 against builder. How will i get back my money..kindly suggest
This is my response to you:
1. You will have to file FIR against him too;
2. If it is RERA registered then approach RERA;
3. Or approach the NCLT or high Court and file a case for recovery immediately;
4. Consult a local lawyer, discuss full facts and take steps.
