Sublet flat 25 yr back now landlord made separate agreement with him

There is a plot in which there are 43 tenants and one landlord. we were given a perpetual lease, we registered the agreement in 1961. The tenanted property was in the name of grandparents, which i further rented out 25 years back without any agreement. Now landlord made a separate agreement with him.What action can i take?
Dear Sir, Your query is not clear, is the perpetual lease given in the name in the name of your father, what the tenure of the said lease, further for how many years you has leased out the property.
