Is the will of your grand mother registered or not? You can file a probate case for the concerned Will and The court process by which a Will is proved valid or invalid. The legal process wherein the estate of a decedent is administered. When a person dies, his or her estate must go through probate, which is a process overseen by a probate court.

It appears from your query that the property is not ancestral property and it is self acquired property of your GF. If he had died intestate then his property devolves by succession equally between your G.Mother and your father. Your GM had no right to write entire property of your GF in your name even if it is under a registered deed of gift . The validity of such document can be questioned.
