Staying in husband's property kept some paying guest chairman objects

02-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)

I have got status quo on my husbands property where I am living with my son after he has left. this suit prayed not to create third party rights or dispossess me. now I have kept a few student girls to stay with me because i feel lonely. chairman threatened to take action and remove those girls. stating they are paying guests. and he stopped them from entering society. he also insulted me saying guys are visiting your house and are they staying with you. i found his intention disturbing. what action society/my husband can take against me/girls(students). and what action i can take?

Upon your submission, it is clear that the said property is in your husband's name and you resides with your son in the same. you got status quo also. But with reference to paying guest, owner can only have the rights to provide access to paying guest with due permission of society. In your case, you are not the owner. Have you taken permission or inform the society that you are accommodating paying guest (student girls)???
