Stay on repair in ancestral property

We have ancestors two properties which -one of them we are living there for 36 years, old home get broken due to old age. so we decided to construct and did some. but co-owners came and appealed for stay on construction in court. co-owners already living in another home which we also have share. last 36 years they didn't looked out property that we staying but suddenly rates increased and for money they trying to stop our living. total co-owners-6 - (4 brothers,2 sisters.) at our end we are only living there and paying all taxes for last 35 years. how to remove stay order if it cames

In case of ancestral property, every legal heir has the right over the property and any construction or modification has to be done with the consent of all the legal heirs in the property. The legal heirs can file a partition suit and claim for their share in the ancestral property.
