SRA transfer if property bought before 10 years of completation

I bought SRA property in 2014, in 2016 SRA completed 10 years.
Please let me know the changes for transfer the property in my name.
Registration+Stamp duty + SRA transfer fees if any ( Approx ready reckoner is 27 lac)
This is my respone to you:
1. The stamp duty will be at 5%;
2. Then registration fees will be rs.30000 max;
3. You can get accurate information from sub registrar office;
