For a 101-year-old property in Mumbai, stamp duty and registration fee depend mainly on the type/value of transaction and Ready Reckoner value, not merely the age of the property. If the property is in an SRA/slum area or covered by an SRA scheme, SRA permission/NOC may also be required depending on the nature of transfer. For an exact calculation, share the location, property area, transaction type and whether it is SRA property.

Instead of all of this if you tell me whether the property has anymore legal heirs after you or not.. I can help you out with other ways to give it to your daughter without paying any stamp duty and other charges
