SRA cash in place of house - as builder offering bigger room size

HI,I have one house in pagdi system chawl(Mumbai, powai),which is now going for SRA redevelpoment My question is that Builder is offering us 350 sq ft aganist 160 sq ft(presently room size)but i dont want this 350sq ft house Instant of that I need cash inplace of house,whether i can ask for cash,if yes so if there any rule regarding calculation of Amount.pls & which act applicable on this,pls provide me answer for this.Thanks in advance.
We suggest that you speak to the builder and ask him the cash amount which he can offer you.
There is no provision in law which provides calculation of amount.
