Son not giving property back to parents

My grandparents had made their home in the name of elder son who serves in police now. The only reason was to avail loan since he is govt employee. All expenses were beared my grandparents. Now their elder son is asking them to leave his home & he won't give that property. Is their any possibility to get back that home.
If the sale deed is in the name of the one person then he can do what he wants to do, unless you have paid the part consideration of amount to the seller. If you have paid anything in white ,i.e. by cheque or demand draft you cannot claim any title or possession in the said property.
