Someone is trying to occupy my plot coercively.

My father bought a 100 sq.feet plot in 1996. Since 1996 my family have been living here . And my society is not JDA approved along with for JDA approval there was a case already going on . But now the person who sold land to the society try to occupy over my property and claim that our balcony area is his' . But we have the proof that the balcony area is our . And those persons are really kind of thug . What should I do ?
