Society or company name to buy a land

We are in group and working in same organisation. We need to buy a land in group (11,000 sq.ft) as we understand the land is currently in agriculture zone so each individual name should not be pull on 7/12 extracts. All of us having equal contribution to purchase the land so to avoid future issues we need to form a society and buy a plot under this society name can it be possible ??? so in future what will be the issues we faced if we need to sell the land ?is all share holder under this society need approval? or weather we need to registered MOM agreement among us to sell land or surrender for development agreement with builder in future. How we should proceed in this case and buy a land keeping mind each individual share or we need to form LLP company and buy a land on this company name . we are checking all the angles to avoid future issues.

This is my response to you:
1. You must enter into an LLP agreement;
2. All your land areas will be equally divided;
3. All your shares will be divided;
4. Incase of dispute you can appoint an arbitrator;
5. You wil register the same, so it is binding on all;
6. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
