Society Amenities- Swimming pool and Gym/Clubhouse . Need some answers

Need to understand how does the housing socieities /apartments make rules to use Swimming pool and Gym
1. Are only owners are allowed ?
2. Owner is living with spouse , children , parents then are all of them allowed ?
3. Visiting relatives like siblings/ in laws are allowed ?
4. Are friends allowed with 1 day pass but only when signed by owner / living member?
5. Is there any way , if society not allows we can contradict by stating any law if in favour.
6. My flat is co owned by my father who does not live in same city but my sister visits me who lives in same city can she also avail the amenities(free) like me . As me and my father are co owner and my father is primary owner(Hindu).
7. Right now , no formal ID card are made , also we already paid corpus fund during sales agreeement.

if you know laws related to society you can go through bylaws society.
if you are stay in a flat your father is registered owner in this situation you are entitled to get all benefits you can enjoy all common amenities like swimming pool gym .
if your sister brother also residing there oftenly decide there, they are also intitle to enjoy common amenities. society can't charge separately.
