Small mistake in my Sale Deed. whether rectification required?

31-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
In my sale deed, the khata number mentioned wrongly while describing the property. In the first party Khata certificate it is mentioned like "264/39/27". In my sale deed, mentioned as "34/39/27" instead of "264/39/27". Here, 39 is the Khata number and 27 is the site number. But the first party Cd number/ledger number reference mentioned the other paragraph is fine. Please clarify that, is it ok as cd number mentioned are fine or Should we need to do the correction?

Khata number is very important in the deed. It can create problems later if not rectified. Please consider executing a Rectification Deed to carry out the correction and it's a very simple process and does not take much time.
