Mere Father ka home meri sister ne apne husband ke naam transfer kar liya h ki 22 lac me buy kiya h but she given only 3 lac. Abhi mere father ki suddenly death ho gayi 23 July Abhi uska hasband Hume house chhodne me liye bol RHA h please koi legal advice advice de.
is there any agreement for sale between your brother in law and your father. if there is an agreement then you can send a legal notice to them regarding remaining payment. if there is no agreement then your brother in law is not a rightful owner of the property and cannot tell you to leave the premises.
