Death certificate is public document you can get it from the local authority by giving the require receipt of orphen house to them. WRT bank details you can contact the bank branch manger to get it. Thanks

You have to obtain copy of death certificate from Municipal Corporation. You must approach concerned branch of the bank and should address a notice to the bank. If bank does not acr upon your notice then civil suit is the only option with you. Your right as heir will dominate over your right as nominee. Further, suit will attract court fees according to your share in money credited in that bank account.
