sister in law forcefully locked my shop

I have a property.7 kathas land.few months before i started the construction of 3 shops on one side of the land .My sister in law has her hardware shop so i decided to take material s from her shop which i will pay in the form of rent as they told that they will take all the 3 shops on rent.But as the shops got ready she started forcing me to register that land on her mothers name.so i Decided that i will not give the shops on rent to her.but she forcefully Locked the shop
You can file a suit in the Civil Court for recovery of possession as your sister is abstaining you from enjoying the peaceful possession of your property.
