Sir/Mam, Kindly Suggest, One LAL Dora, Delhi Registry Property is registered on my Grandfather's Name, my grandfather is passed away, and we have 4 chachas, except my father (passed away), and my father was elder in all family, Sir now problem is we are trying for mutation of property on my mother name but our 1 cha-cha is creating dispute and original papers of property registry also with them, kindly suggest what can we do in this situation, my mother wants to sell her share in property but my cha-cha creating dispute because our grandfather property not divided yet, can we do mutation without 1 cha-cha approval, I am Grandson.

aapne bataya ki aapke paas ek property hai jo undivided hai or aapki mother apne sher ko sellout krna chaty hai lakin aapke uncle esme dispute kr rhe hai eske liye aapko court phele suit for partition and declaration ka Case file krna hoga .i am ready for your legal help you can contact

if your father is deceased, and the property is still unpartitioned then you are one of the title holder in the property as a share holder equivalent to your mother's share. you can seek partition and declaration of title from the court of law. no can take a coparsenor's share. you can contact for help.
