sir plz I want to now about my legal rights on my father's property

Sir now iam married so my step mother is not allowed me to come home because of rude behaviour I to not going home but I want my rights in my father property before his death so now I can ask with him or not plz answer me (2Q . And before my mom's death my father give house like a gift but now he is telling that there is no rights in my mom's gifted property and he telling that at my 14 age I gave some signature to give back gifted property so he got back that property or not I want to now that plz reply me
If it is self acquired property of your father, you have no right to demand. The signature which was obtained by your father at 14 age is not valid, you can claim it now. So you may approach competent courts of law.
