Signing of development agreement with developer

We had signed a development agreement with developer but we filed in court cancellation of the agreement. Finally via arbitration it was awarded in our favour but the execution of the award is still in process. Can we sign another development agreement with a separate builder before execution of the previous award is completed.
hello, ur petition is still not disposed of and the order is yet to be passed, in such a situation i think u can wait for the court order, and if you think that u will be entered into an agreement with another developer then u mislead the court order though the order is in ur favour. so I think wait for the final order and then enter into an fresh agreement. thank you
