Signature Mismatch with PAN card and sale deed

My name is same in my all documents like PAN card,Adhar Card,Educational Certificates etc.But in PAN card my signature is as"Chandan Kumar Ghosh" in other documents as "Chandan Kr Ghosh".Will it create any problem at the time of registration of a property I am going to buy recently.Can Sub-Register refuse to do the registration.Once again I repeat that there is no difference in name difference is only in signature.
You should make an affidavit before the judicial magistrate to correct the mismatch in your name. Registrar shall not create any problem but he can ask you to show the affidavit. It is better to get ready.
