Share in property co-owned by father & his brothers. How to proceed ?

My father co-owned a property/house in Hyderabad along with his 3 brothers. The property is registered in all 4 brothers name with each having equal share. My father passed away couple years back. My mother (his widow) and I are the only true heir of my father. My 3 uncles who are also listed in the registered property are not willing to give us our share (my mother & I) or agree to sell the property. They are in turn creating problems for us. What can be done to get our share?
