Share in ancestral property was taken by unknown how to claim it back
17-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Our grandfather had given a share of his ancestral property to a non family member on pressure of panchayet but without making any deed. Can we claim the property now. if yes, then how?
you will have to look into the matter as to why the said share of the property was given to the unknown person. If the said share was awarded to him/her in case of a reward/compensation then the said share of the property can not be transferred/reverted back by any means.
