Share Certificate Transfer after Father's death
14-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, my father had one residential property on his name(single owner) and he has passed away. My mother already passed away few years ago.
I have one brother and one sister(married- living with husband and one adult son-19 yrs)
My brother and sister are ready to transfer the flat on my name. Society has also agreed to transfer the share certificate on my name after getting NOC from my bro/sister.
Should I take signature of Sister's husband and her son also on NOC?
Or only signature of my brother and sister is enough?
thanks
