settlement deet missing the son

Hi sir/Madam, we are living in Chennai, she is having three children everyone is married and living in the same house for the past 25 years, it was our grandmother property. she builds the property by her dowry. Now my grandmother without our knowledge she did settlement deed on the name of first son children's and third son children, but left the second son children on the settlement deed now what can we do, what is the procedure?

Dear client Greetings to you Hope ur fine whether your property belongs to your grandma is self acquired or Ancestors property. If its a Ancestors property you have rights in the property. even you can claim your rights before the competent court. Any further legal help feel free to contact me.
