Seller dis not transfer the property even after paying the amount

Hello sir, I booked a plot in 2006, i have a "agreement of sale cum reservation" so far we have not get a plot, after repeated request, so i want my money back as per the agreement which mentioned in agreement with appriciation % . The problem is he is not ready pay, saying that he does not have money clearly saying. So i decided go legal according to the agreement, its clearly mention in agreement anytime i can quit the deal with appriciation %. Please let me know your opinion

The legal remedies available to you are the following :


1. You should send a legal notice to the builder company through an advocate.

or

2. You can file a case in the concerned consumer redressal forum.

or

3. If the builder company does not reply to the notice within 30 days, then you can file case for recovery in the concerned court.
