Sale of property to a person belonging to different community
25-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I belong to ST category want to sell my house it to general category although he is very interested ... i bought it from general category person .... can I sell it without any problem
Generally there is no such rule or law which bars a person from selling or buying a person from selling a property to person belonging to another community. However, if a condition was laid down by the government or by the person from whom you bought the property in that conveyance deed then it might be difficult for you to make a sale to a general category person. Otherwise there is no bar on such transactions.
