Sale of house in joint property. what are the legal steps to be taken

We are hindus by religion.We are 5 sisters and 1 brother and our mother.My father expired 10 years ago and my mother and brother's family live in my fathers house.My brother and his wife did domestic violence with my mother.We all sisters and mother want to sell this house but my brother is not complying to it.Can we get our house sold out which is by my father's name ? Can we get it sold without my brother's signature?
If your father died intestate than the property belongs to your father devolves among successors like you and your sisters,brother and mother.you can sell only your part not the entire house.you can not sale entire house.

no you can not sell the property without your brothers signatures. you can sell that property after sharing of that property in 7 parts and then you all can sell your property individually or jointly with agreed members.
