sale deed in the name of brothers can daughter and mother claim

My father bought a land for my 2 brothers on their name,before he expired,leaving me n my mother out of it, Can I and my mother claim for the property as the saledeed, index 2, 7/12 extract is on my both brothers name only since beginning It was never on my father's name, jus my father had paid for tat property, can I and my mother claim for tat property There is no will present How will the property be partitioned between my 2 brothers, me and my mother according to Christian law?Or will it be partitioned between my 2 brothers?my both brothers are staying on tat land since paSt 15yrs

NO you and your mother cannot claim for the proeprty as the owner
