Sale deed error instead of rectification deed orDeed of declaration

26-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
I am from Chennai. My father sale deed has a minor mistake, instead of 600 sqft it is mentioned as 600 sqft undivided share. Previous vendor not traceable. In register Office they advised to make deed of declaration by my father and register it too. Whether is it possible. Any legal consequence in future. Please guide me.

In this case, A corrective deed is an instrument filed in the public record in addition to the incorrect deed. It’s known as a confirmatory instrument since it perfects an existing title by removing any defects, but it doesn’t pass title on its own. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
