Rights on Husband's property after his death

Sir, I got separated after two months of our marriage.. But did not legaly separaed or divorce or filed any case for divorce.But my husband was died last month after six years of our marriage. My inlaws family did not put my name in legalheir and did not give me any property or money of my husband's. Please suggest me what should i do.. Am i legaly right on his properly or not. I dont have any kids.Please help me.. I am helpless. Thanks
