Great grandfather G , died intestate in 1918 leaving behind 50 acres of land . He had 2 sons A & B . In 1927 A & B partitioned the land equally . A died intestate in 1935 leaving behind 1 son & 1 daughter. Daughter of A died in 1993.
1. Will it be Joint family property or ancestral property?
2. Can the heirs of the daughter claim their rights in A’s land .
3. How much will be the share .
