06-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandmother had 4 crore worth house earned by her doing job . She died recently my mum living in that house as she single daughter . My grandmother wrote will that my daughter and her 3 daughters wl enjoy that property .We are 3 daughter's to mum . Am elder . Wl I get share of property when my mum alive as she showing partiality n not allowing me at least to visit that house .
The WILL comes into operation on the death of your grandmother. Then by the virtue of the operation of the WILL you , your sisters and mother are joint owners of the property in accordance with the shares specified in the WILL. Now you can claim your share in the property by filing a suit for partition in a competent Court Of Law. But first issue a legal notice through a lawyer claiming your share in the property.
