03-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
50 yrs ago my grand father exchanged a place to a person orally.  Now they both are dead. His son wants to take that place immediately. But my house is situated on that place. So I can't leave that at this time. So please sir tell me if I have any right to have this place.

What does the other person got in exchange? Does he posses that exchanged property or is it sold?
And it's sure as Ur grand father exchanged property..so some properties of Ur grand father s might be with him may be he will have disposed it.But still..as you and Ur family members r in possession for 50 years ...so no one can evict..as barred by law of limitation.
