My paternal grandfather has sold ancestral property with the consent of his wife, 2 sons & 1 daughter. I am grandson of him & I don't want to sell that properly. So I want to know whether I have any right on that property? So that I can fight for my right. Pls help me.

dear client, from the facts of your case you are having birth right in your ancestral property if you are governed by hindu law.if partition had not taken place of ancestral property then you can file suit for cancellation of sale deed, partition and seperate possession up to your share.
