Right for way where to seek help

Hi sir am from tamilnadu india. I own a piece of land 2 acres which belongs to my grandfather they have accessed the property through our neighbors land. After a while they have sold that land to a corporate. Few years back my grandfather passed away then we haven't acessed for some time. Now they have fenced it a year back. I need to know is there any possibility for getting a way for that land. Also there is stream passing adjecent to our land which has been leveled and made as way which is 100 feet away from our land. How can it be solved? thank you...
You have to file a suit against the company for illegal encroachment and for denying you the right of way. You may arrange to send them a legal notice first, through your local lawyer, and take further steps.

If you don't have any other way for your ingress and egress except through the way you used through neighbors property, even if they sold the property, you can approch court for a declaration of right of way by easement right against neighboring property. If they blocked it along with above pray for a mandatory injunction directing them to remove the block. If you have other way, this is not possible
